The ISS Academy was established in April 2016 and has since grow substantially, with each passing year. The academy focuses on identifying talent and enhancing professional skills, through a well-defined development process that helps to identify, mentor and retain, a highly skilled workforce.
The academy has signed agreements with many of the largest universities in Lebanon to identify emerging talent among university students and fresh graduates, in the software domain.
The academy enrolled around 80 trainees during the past 5 years, leading to 9 recruitments.
